Just a quick update of my numbers...

Weight: 95.65kgs
BMI: 36.0
Body Fat: 35.4%
Body Water: 46.6%
BMR: 1704Kcal
Metabolic Age: 36

The weight drop wasn't as big as yesterday, I expected this since I had eaten some buttered bread and eggs. I did this because I didn't want them to go bad and have to throw out food. Didn't do any exercise too. Hopefully tomorrow I can drop at least one kg. So fat I have lost 2.35kg in three days and 0.6% of body fat which isn't too bad.
