If you read my post yesterday you know that I've started tracking my wellness journey. This is simply a quick summary of today.
I woke up late so I skipped breakfast and only had lunch and supper. For lunch I had a handful of blue berries, a handful of raspberries, two dates and a glass of Moringa juice. For supper I had a vegetable stir fry and some rice with a glass of water. I meant to drink a bit more water today but didn't. I haven't done any exercise. Here's my measurements for today as of 7:33 PM:
Body Fat: 35.5%
Body Water: 46.6%
Metabolic Age: 36
This is a loss of 2.1kgs and my BMI and body fat are down 0.8 and 0.5% respectively. In case you're wondering, I know that when you weigh yourself at night you are heavier than in the morning. I've chosen to weigh myself at night simply because it's easier for me to do and I don't have to wake up at a certain time every morning and also because I'd rather see the higher numbers and use it as my motivation.
