Yesterday I made a really delicious banana ice cream and I thought I'd share how I made it. There are lots of different recipes online, I just kept it simple and low fat.


4 bananas
80ml water
A few frozen blueberries (or any other fresh/frozen fruit)


  1. Slice the bananas and freeze for 6 hours
  2. Once frozen, blend the bananas and water until smooth
  3. Freeze for 2 hours
  4. Top with blueberries or your chosen fruit and serve
