Yesterday I made a really delicious banana ice cream and I thought I'd share how I made it. There are lots of different recipes online, I just kept it simple and low fat.
A few frozen blueberries (or any other fresh/frozen fruit)
- Slice the bananas and freeze for 6 hours
- Once frozen, blend the bananas and water until smooth
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Top with blueberries or your chosen fruit and serve
